Lena Nguyen is a certified master life coach and the owner and founder of Beauty Life Coach LLC. She focuses on creating positive changes in her clients' lives through cultivating self-awareness, developing healthy habits, and setting achievable goals.

What inspired you to start your business, and what is your long-term vision for it?

After my spiritual awakening, I fully walked into my life's purpose to provide my gift and help others in their spiritual awakening journey. Meditation through the correct guidance will open up doors to abundance, love, peace, and power. My long-term vision is to expand an ethical truth of meditation that will help to strengthen others spiritually and mentally.

What do you love about living and owning a business in Minnesota?

The four seasons, and the different ways or forms of meditation that Minnesota can offer.

What is your proudest achievement so far as a business owner?

The lives that I have touched when they took my meditation service.

What is one challenge you had to overcome, and how did you resolve it?

The life coaching business that turned into a professional business. Sometimes we cannot admit the truth that we need guidance. People look at what I portray inwardly and outwardly to trust my services.

What is the best decision you've made so far as a business owner?

Leaving a 18-year job and pursuing my life's purpose.

You are your own best supporter, provider, and believer. You trust and believe in yourself; people trust and believe in you.
