Matthias Kittok is a lifelong technologist and MSP owner who has spent more than twenty years working across every level of managed services. His experience ranges from frontline support to leading technical teams and growing successful organizations. Over time, he recognized how isolating MSP ownership can be and how often small teams are left to solve big problems alone. This insight led him to co found Praesto Network as a community driven solution that blends real world expertise with hands on support. Matthias brings a grounded and collaborative approach to the MSP community, focused on helping owners simplify operations, strengthen their business, and build a future with more freedom and less stress.
