Lani is also the Owner & Co-founder of The Business Women’s Circle (The BWC), the for-profit sister org to TCC, where she cultivates a dynamic community for women business owners, leaders, and young professionals. Beyond her role in community building, Lani is a skilled Coach, Consultant, and Facilitator, guiding businesses and individuals toward meaningful growth and success.

Rachel Vassar shares this passion for fostering strong, supportive communities. A champion of holistic wellness, mentorship, and sustainable business growth, Rachel brings over a decade of experience in the nonprofit sector and leadership roles in Operations Management across various industries. She founded Alongside You Operations to help businesses scale effectively, and as the Executive Director of The Circle Community (TCC), she leads efforts to empower female business owners in the Twin Cities. Through TCC and its for-profit sister organization, The Business Women’s Circle (The BWC), Rachel plays a key role in strengthening a thriving network that provides women with the tools, connections, and encouragement they need to succeed.
